A TWH proposal will include a written payment schedule for your project within the contract documents. Payments will be based on the progress of work. A typical addition, for example, will include a 10% deposit with the signed contract, a 25% payment after the foundation footing inspection, another 25% after plumbing or electrical rough-ins, a 30% draw after the drywall is hung and a final payment of 10% upon completion of the job. Repairs and smaller projects are often negotiated with a 30% deposit and the balance due upon completion. Our payment schedule is negotiable prior to contract ratification if you have special needs or concerns.
